She has built and led high-performing teams, developed forward-thinking strategies, delivered thought leadership on a global stage, and championed inclusive, purpose-led growth. Her commitment to talent development is equally impressive - she’s a natural mentor who thrives on nurturing the next generation of industry leaders.
She’s also actively engaged in shaping the wider industry - an Effie’s Final Round Judge and a recipient of the BBC’s Make a Difference Award for Environmental Impact and Sustainable Living - underscoring her multifaceted approach to leadership, impact, and innovation.
