Ekimetrics has released its 2024 ESG Report, titled “The Year of Acceleration: Enabling Sustainability Excellence from the Inside Out.” Aligned with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and guided by the principles of the United Nations Global Compact, the report details the company’s efforts to embed sustainability into its operations and offerings, while delivering outstanding financial and environmental results for 2024.
A Year of Strong Growth
2024 marked a period of significant acceleration for Ekimetrics, achieving robust growth while honoring its environmental commitments:
- Revenue grew by 66% between the 2022 baseline and 2024.
- Overall growth reached 47% in 2024, remaining within Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) guidelines.
- The share of sustainable revenue increased from 2.2% in 2022 to 8% in 2024, signaling a clear shift toward impact-driven activities.

- Ekimetrics maintains a 95% client retention rate.
Environmental Commitment and Decarbonization
The report underscores Ekimetrics’ ability to decouple economic growth from environmental impact. Its carbon accounting methodology ensures environmental impact is measured and managed with the same rigor as financial data:
- Carbon footprint reduced by 9% between 2022 and 2024.
- Despite strong business growth in 2024 (including a 20% increase in headcount and higher revenue), total emissions remained below the SBTi threshold of 1,075 tons of CO₂e, meeting climate targets for the year.
- AI for Sustainability (AI4S) enables companies to accelerate strategic decision-making by 75%, freeing time to focus on critical business and sustainability priorities.
- Through its Green IT initiative, Ekimetrics cut emissions by 2.6 tons of CO₂e and achieved €310,000 in savings in 2024.
- 100% of digital application hosting is now in sustainable data centers.
Employee Engagement and Governance
Employee engagement and governance transparency also advanced:
- 100% of employees completed inclusion and social dialogue awareness programs.
- Absenteeism reduced to 1% in 2024.
- Ekimetrics achieved an Ecovadis score of 77%, placing it among the top 2% of suppliers globally.
- The company earned a 90% rating for algorithm energy efficiency from ZEI, an independent ESG rating platform.
“Between 2022 (our baseline year) and 2024, Ekimetrics increased revenue by 66% while reducing its carbon footprint by 9%. Our sustainability performance demonstrates that reducing emissions and driving business growth can go hand in hand,” said Quentin Michard, General Manager of Ekimetrics.
