Ekimetrics appoints Pascal Moulin as France CTO and Group Chief Security Officer (CSO)

Pascal Moulin joins Ekimetrics as France Chief Technology Officer & Group Chief Security Officer (CSO)

His arrival reinforces the group's commitment to the quality and security of its customers' data. Pascal will be a partner in technological or IT infrastructure projects with the Data Engineers’ teams and the internal development studio.

As France CTO, he is in charge of defining and managing the construction of data platforms, for productivity purposes, especially on big data projects. He will also support client projects with IT Departments on audit, architecture and strategic recommendations issues.

As Global CSO, in collaboration with the Data Protection Officer (DPO), he coordinates data security issues and the GDPR compliance strategy.

Before joining Ekimetrics, Pascal spent 13 years at Lagardère Group, in charge of IT Management, Digital or Broadcasting topics, including the launch of the Gulli channel, the creation of the digital platform of the group's media sites or the deployment of global ERP. As Data Protection Officer for France Télévisions Publicité, he also coordinated several projects to modernize the information system, digital transformation and audiovisual production resources. Pascal is a member of the board of EDIPUB, an interprofessional organisation bringing together all the players in the advertising market. Therefore, he is at the heart of the issues of dematerialization and optimization of EDI processes. 

He is also a member of the Club des Experts de la Sécurité de l'Information et du Numérique (CESIN), and since January 2019, IT expert at the Versailles Court of Appeal. Pascal is a graduate of the Compiègne University of Technology.
